This video you are about to watch is a bit different than what I would typically post in terms of health and fitness. However it denotes a strong message that may be applied to many facets of life, including health and fitness. I am sharing this video with the members of the Fit and 40 Something network because this is a very vital message. Whether you are struggling with your health, finances, relationships, career or whatever your obstacle may be, this message may be applied. The moment I viewed this video, I said to myself, "This is precisely my point for those that just can't seem to find the willpower to accomplishing a better quality of life!" From my perspective, this video exemplifies strength, willpower and determination. So for those of you that have both arms and both legs and truly want a healthier and fit life, but just can't find the right reasons, energy, time or willpower to do so, please by all means - - take this message and apply it. Please! Do it for your self. YOU ARE ALL THAT YOU HAVE!!!!! You must heal the body before you can heal the mind.
Nick Vujicic has no arms or legs but has come to terms with his lot in life and he delivers an inspirational speech to these school kids that they will probably never forget.
The Life Without Limbs organization, which Vujicic founded in 2005, is aimed at giving people living with no limbs motivation and inspiration for their lives. This is done by giving speeches worldwide about Christian faith and the impact that faith in God can have to help the world.
He deals with topics like fear and rejection, depression, suffering, and even unanswered prayers. The speeches take place in both Christian and non-Christian environments including churches, schools, and other venues.
He appeared in a BodyShock documentary about his life. The documentary is entitled 'Born without Limbs,' and was broadcast on May 5, 2008.
