It's great to your loyalty to a healthy lifestyle! I too, love to run and body build, however due to unwanted weight loss and muscle depletion, I was prompted to reduce running from 7 miles 3 - 4 days a week to 2 or 3 miles 3-4 days a week.
Meanwhile, it is a pleasure having you as a member of the Fit and 40 Something community!
