Thanks for these tips! I was feel guilty about what I eat during holidays. I think I can follow these tips without alot of people asking, "how come you're not eating that?" or "are you on a diet?" LOL.

About Me: Teacher and Soccer Coach

Birth Year: 1971

What I do to stay healthy (mind, body and soul): I'm trying to eat better by staying away from red meat and carbonated drinks. I'm also trying to drink more water. And I'm starting to lift weights and do some cardio. I'm in the beginning stages; that's why I'm on this site, for extra help.
