What I do to stay healthy (mind, body and soul)

I've been a competitive athlete most of my life; track, baseball, karate, basketball, volleyball when i was really young, and track as a young adult.

I now have a son who is too very athletic himself, needless to say we are always on the run. I still run, not as disciplined as i was in younger years, because of my good eating habits and the fact i was a athlete most of my life; my body tends to bounce back fairly quickly "muscle has memory". The problem with that is i tend to get too muscular and my goal is to have a leaner muscle mass.
