I am the creator and author of the fat-loss diet book just for women, My Diva Diet: A Woman's Last Diet Book. I am a mother of two daughters, an ACE Certified Fitness Trainer, and I have been in the fitness industry since 1980. I started my athletic adventure at the young age of five as a "track star" and later as an adult become a bodybuilding and fitness competitor wining titles such as Ms. Fitness USA San Diego 1993, Ms. Fitness USA finalist 1990, Ms. San Luis Obispo 1989, an American Gladiator contestant and more. Now a woman in my late forties and retired from competing, I strive to help women get fit–the safe, healthy and lasting way!

Physically I workout and try to practice what I preach–but not always! Spiritually, I am a Born-Again Christian, and try to study the Scriptures to build and maintain the Christ-like character I am supposed to have! That is even more difficult than my physical body!
