- I'am a Executive Chef, I have my own business called, Lanesfood BBQ & Catering, here 30 miles east of Los Angeles, California, it's a lot of work that I do on the job !!!
i Vend in front of Air Force Base & Army Base, for the guys that has been imported and exported, when they see Lanesfood BBQ & Catering on the job, I see nothing but Smiles !!!

- What I do to stay healthy (mind, body and soul)
- I just keep on moving my body, since being on the job all day long and driving 60 to 100 miles one way or roundtrip sometimes, I go home get my dogs and walk them and my Sister & neice we hook up and run a few miles at least 5 to 7 miles, three times a week, God is good all the time, just stay busy, every now and then, we have a party on some Birthdays and dance all night long, eat right or don't eat at all, do some fasting from time to time !!!
