And the really disturbing thing I haven't started applying the specific cures I have done some of the general stuff .. just being alert to things that are and are not good for you.

Both books by Kevin Trudeau. My goal is to read them eventually...they were given to me by my husband who knows of my love for health and nutrition. I've been an positive influence in his life...at least that's what he's told me. But, for some reason, I just haven't had an opportunity to get around to reading them. I thought that journey would have begun last Saturday when I signed up for this group, but it hasn't happened yet.

The ph balance principle but not just that, the actual cures for ailments or sickness. My arthritis has been improving but I'm gonna use some of this stuff and see if that helps even more. I'll let you know how it goes.

Being a nurse I am well aware of all of the side effects medications call cause. It is very difficulty for me being a nurse forced to convince patients to take their medications with weighing the benefits of the medicine versus the side effects.
