meditate and health are not opposites like some people think. vegetarianism and good health are not opposites like even some medical says. the "translation" about "our language" and the "language of the others" is not difficult too. It is a necessity.
although I do not want to be a specie of missionary of the meditate; I think the occident has not any other exit to this spirtitual crisis.
