This sounds like the place I ought to be. Helping others to manage new lifestyle habits is part of my ministry. Changing the way we think about food from taste and flavor to what is really healthy for the body is important. Getting food to taste good without the extra calories is the key. Herbs and spices can do that for something so simple as brown rice and steamed broccoli. Experiment with flavors in your veggies and it will make a big difference in how much more you will eat.

Good pt and also each individual is unique (bioindividuality) and has different nutritional needs, so what will work for one person, may not work for another. Each person has to experiment to see which foods give them the most energy and make them feel good. I also think the blood type theory is also helpful. www.rightfitnutrition.com

In general, we have lots of wrong information about food.
For example:
Lots of people have the wrong information about vegetarianism:
That vegetarianism let people weaky. That is not true. Vegetarianism is health and good health.
