Healthy Life Style - One of the important things you can do for your overall health is to eat a healthy diet. Your diet affects your weight and increases your risks of health diseases. Deciding a healthy diet is easier to say than to do because it is tempting to eat less healthy foods.

I too have cut down on my cardio and adding more weight lifting into my regime...it's so easy to do cardio because that's what women do....but it's hard to make yourself lift weights on a consistent basis. I'm working on changing my body after three kids....it's not always easy

In my efforts of increasing muscle mass, I have now raised the scale by exerting my ability to lift heavier along with a high protein, low fat diet. Unfortunately, as a lover of distance running, I have reduced cardio from a 7 mile run (3 - 4 times a week) to a 30 minute cardio (3 times a week).
